I recently had the opportunity to complete an internship at Next Media, where I dived into the world of production, applying the skills I’d gained at Artfield. Working in a fast-paced environment, I was able to bring my training in photography, videography, and editing—especially my expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro—to real-world projects. Thanks to my time at Artfield, I transitioned smoothly and made an impact from day one.
One standout moment during my internship was being entrusted with shooting a show on my own. It was a true test of my skills, but I felt confident and capable, drawing on the adaptability and technical knowledge I’d developed here. This experience proved just how solid my foundation at Artfield was and strengthened my confidence.
My supervisors at Next Media were supportive and often praised my professionalism and dedication. I was also fortunate enough to attend an interactive session with Kin Kariisa, CEO of NBS. It was an inspiring experience that left me even more motivated to pursue my passion in this industry.
Now, after my time at Next Media, I’ve returned to Artfield to complete my remaining module, with a clear vision: one day, I want to start my own studio, focusing on photography, videography, and documentaries. This internship showed me what’s possible, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Artfield for being such a vital part of my journey. I firmly believe that with creativity, skill, and ambition, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.
