Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can call our front desk and make a specific appointment.

What are the admission requirements?
Applicants must submit a properly completed application form, academic transcripts, and passport Photos, and meet the specific requirements for their chosen course.
How do I apply for a course?
You can book a call through our website or simply visit our campus to complete a physical application form.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of Ugx 100,000
When is the application deadline?
The application deadline for the September intake is August 31.
What are the intake periods?
We have three main intakes: January, May, and September Intakes.
Are there any scholarships or financial aid available?
Yes, we offer various scholarships and financial aid options. However, no scholarships are running but once they are active they shall be shown on our websites.
What courses do you offer?
We offer courses in 2D/3D animation, Motion Graphics and Broadcast Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, and Audio Production, Packaging and branding, Multimedia Design and a myriad of short courses.
Can I study part-time?
Yes, we offer both full-time study from Monday to Friday for a 2-year Diploma and Certificates and part-time study options for 4-month short course certificates.
Are your programs accredited?
Yes, all our programs are accredited by the National Council of Education, DI, and UBTEB
What is the duration of the courses?
The duration varies by program, Certificate and Diploma programs run for 2 Years while Professional short courses run for 4 Months
Facilities and Resources What facilities are available on campus?
Our campus features state-of-the-art studios, computer labs, an Interior Design workshop, a library, and collaborative workspaces.
Do you offer online courses?
Yes, we offer a range of online courses and hybrid learning options. However for now the online programs are under review and will be activated soon.
Is there accommodation available for students?
No, we do not provide accommodation options but our students can access private hostels located close to the school. Please contact the dean of Students office for more details.
Do you offer career services?
Yes, our career services department under the Office of the Dean of Students, provides Internship placement assistance, resume workshops, and career counseling.
What kind of job opportunities can I expect after graduation?
Graduates can pursue careers in various creative fields such as animation, graphic design, interior design, and audio production, among others.
