Beneath the excitement was a shared understanding: this was more than a celebration; it was a transition.

They were joined by prominent industry leaders, further strengthening the Institute’s deep ties to the professional world.
As the procession moved forward, graduates followed, greeted with warm applause, ululations, and visible emotion from their families. One by one, names were called, each step toward the stage symbolizing years of effort, growth, and resilience. Graduates received their diplomas and shared handshakes with members of the Governing Council and invited dignitaries—simple acts with profound meaning.
The ceremony focused not only on recognition but also on reflection and future insights. In his remarks, the Institute’s leadership reaffirmed confidence in the graduates, emphasizing that their training had prepared them not just to participate in the industry but to shape it.
